Individual classes
Individual classes are one of the best ways to study a subject in more depth. These classes last about 75 minutes. In them the teacher monitors in detail the student’s practice and works with him, according to his needs and weaknesses. In this way, the teacher can help the student to build a stable, sustainable and thorough practice. The student also understands in detail the anatomical and biomechanical principles of movement and the correct performance of exercises or asanas.
